FistonClothing.com also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Fiston Clothing Line LLC's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or FistonClothing.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials.

Colors

About Your Refund
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 7 to 14 business days of the purchase date. "COLLECTIBLE SHOES SALES ARE FINAL"
Please allow 5 TO 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange request.
If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank's processing time varies.
All merchandise must be unworn and must have its original tags attached.
Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. If the order was paid by multiple methods, the refund will be issued first to the credit card, unless otherwise specified.
In order to expedite your return or exchange request in a timely manner, please be sure to fill out the enclosed Return & Exchange form and send it back along with your return package.
Underwear may be returned unworn in the original packaging.

Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. To calculate when you will receive your order, you need to consider the processing time as well as the shipping method you selected. Example: If you selected UPS 2-Day Express Service, your total delivery time will be 1-2 business days processing time + 2 business days for shipping time, so you can expect to receive your order 3-4 business days after you placed it. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on next Monday. The shipping cost is automatically calculated and appeared on your order form.

Free UPS Ground Shipping
Fiston Clothing Line LLC ships qualified orders of two or more items at no charge with UPS Ground. All of our packages are properly packed in a shipping box and insured just in case. A tracking number is available and will be emailed to you so that you know when to expect delivery. We also offer express delivery for a reasonable charge, theses fees vary and are made available after the location of the shipping destination is made available to our shopping cart system. The terms and conditions for Free UPS Ground Shipping are listed hereafter.

Free Ground Shipping on Orders over $175
All products qualify for free shipping when the total price is over $175 on the same order.
Orders eligible for free shipping are shipped via UPS Ground and will usually arrive in 3-7 days.
International orders (outside of the U.S.), residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO military addresses DO NOT qualify for free shipping.
A six dollar return charge will apply to all items eligible for free shipping.

Hassle-free Returns

International Ordering
We appreciate our international customers! Fiston Clothing Line LLC offers international order service online. All international orders are shipped by UPS. Most of our international clients receive their orders in less than one week.
