Heart’s core purpose is to create a healthier world and resources
hundreds of medical teams and healthcare facilities around the world
with vital shipments of medical aid and provide medical groups with
the best medical aid to meet as many health needs as possible. Heart
to Heart works with people and partners to create efficiencies that
help stretch every donation further and helps millions of people with
health needs across America and around the world.
Tears to Smiles is a charity determined to make a difference to
children, families and communities to overcome poverty and
illnesses in some of the worst deprived areas in any part of the
world. This charity is dedicated to helping children and families in
countries where HIV and AIDS are daily claiming the lives of
children and devastating families. Currently, funds are being raised to
help underprivileged sick children in the United Kingdom and the
third World.
Relay For Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature activity.
It offers everyone in a community an opportunity to participate in
the fight against cancer. The American Cancer Society Relay For
Life represents the hope that those lost to cancer will never be
forgotten, that those who face cancer will be supported, and that one
day cancer will be eliminated.
Each year, the Cancer Research Foundation selects four cutting edge

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
The mission of JDRF is to find a cure for diabetes and its
complications through the support of research. Type 1 diabetes is an
autoimmune disease that strikes children and adults suddenly, and
can be fatal. Until a cure is found, people with type 1 diabetes have
to test their blood sugar and give themselves insulin injections
multiple times or use a pump - each day, every day of their lives.
And even with that intensive care, insulin is not a cure for diabetes,
nor does it prevent its eventual and devastating complications, which
may include kidney failure, blindness, heart disease, stroke, and
amputation.
Alzheimer's Foundation of America
Donations to AFA help provide care to Americans affected by
Alzheimer’s disease and other related illnesses. AFA and its member
organizations offer education and hands-on services that can

World Charity Foundation is a global organization that helps to
prevent people from becoming homeless, in the United States,
provide good drinking water to the remote villages of the third world
countries, help to fight malaria in the third world countries, and In addition
to that, they look out for the poorest of the poor, like orphans and widows in
such unfortunate situation for further assistance.
