1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Once your order has met all authorization criteria, then your order will be shipped the next day if received prior to 3 PM EST Monday - Friday. All orders processed after 3 PM will be shipped the next business day.
WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS.
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons and more information may be requested or provided.
*Different billing and shipping addresses.
*Past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned.
*Unable to verify billing address information (I.E. Non US credit cards)
*Item is temporarily out of stock.

ALL SHOES ARE 100% AUTHENTIC! ALL SHOES ARE STORE IN A NON- SMOKING
CLIMATE CONTROLLED SPACES. WE DO NOT SELL FAKE OR VARIANT SNEAKERS, The
sneakers you purchase always include the original box and accessories
with a copy of the original receipt from only the top shoes retailer across
the U.S. (HOH,NTOWN,NDC...). Fiston Clothing Line LLC will donate up to 10
% percent of your purchase to charities around the world and will also
provide the info of the charity to the buyer upon request.
3. DO YOU SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Yes, we ship to most international locations, via UPS.
*Exact shipping availability is subject to changes in UPS availability.
*Exact shipping fees are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process.
*Additional fees including but not limited to taxes, duty, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from UPS and your local customs department. Fiston Clothing Line LLC is not responsible for these fees.
*Tracking numbers are available for each package.
4. DO I HAVE TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD? CAN I PAY BY PERSONAL CHECK OR MONEY ORDER?
Sorry at this time we only accept credit cards and PayPal accounts.
5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
"Collectible Shoes Sales are final" Items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 7 to 14 business days from the receiving date.
*Please allow 5 TO 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange request.
*If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank's processing time varies.
*All merchandise must be unworn and must have its original tags attached.
*Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee.
*Refunds are issued in the original form of payment only. If the order was paid by multiple methods, the refund will be issued first to the credit card, unless otherwise specified.
*In order to expedite your return or exchange request in a timely manner, please be sure to fill out the enclosed Return & Exchange form and send it back along with your return package.
*Underwear may be returned unworn in the original packaging.
6. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
All rates are subject to the total weight of your order and the location of the shipping address. Exact prices are not known until the end of the shipping section of your checkout process.

8. I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT AN ITEM WAS MISSING. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
Upon shipment of your order, we will send a temporary out of stock notification via email, explaining that one or more of the items in your order could not be fulfilled in the foreseeable future and that its cost has been reimbursed to your payment medium.
If you did not receive a temporary out of stock notification and your shipment does not contain all the items ordered please contact our customer service number.
If your order was not marked out of stock an investigation may need to be placed to track the package and check for delivery problems. Contact our customer service number As Soon As Possible to start this investigation. (DO NOT DISPOSE OF YOUR SHIPMENT BOX FOR THE SHIPPING COMPANY MAY NEED TO SEE IT DURING THE COURSE OF THEIR INVESTIGATION)
9. HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
All orders will receive a tracking number upon shipment of the package.
10. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders placed within the US (prior to the 3 PM EST on a business day) will be processed the same day, and all others will be processed the next available business day. The order will be shipped the following business day after it is processed.
